An easy and different recipe for sweet peaches with available and affordable ingredients , a light layer of crumble pieces with caramelized peaches and served warm with Peach and Cream Paradise Ice cream.

  • 3 cups of sliced peaches
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon starch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 6 Boxes of Peach and Cream Paradise Ice Cream
  • 1½ cup flour
  • ½ cup of chillded butter cubes
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

    1. In a medium bowl, add peaches, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice, stir together and leave for 30 minutes
    2. In the food processor add the ingredients of the top crumble layer except for the water, start mixing until the butter crumbles and you get a sandy texture, add the water and mix for 20 seconds
    1. In a medium glass mold, add the peaches, then add the top crumble layer and distribute it evenly on the peaches, enter the tray in an oven preheated to 170 for 25 minutes, then open the grill until the color turns gold
    2. Serve warm peach crumble with a scoop of Cream and Peach Paradise Ice Cream
