In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients and stir well. Add the liquid ingredients to the mixture bowl and stir well until the form is consistent.
Add a cup of the chocolate mixture in a thermal cup, then add the chocolate pieces, then another half cup of the chocolate mixture.
In a small bowl, add cocoa and brown sugar and stir well, then take a spoonful of the sugar-cocoa mixture and put it in the cup of the chocolate mixture from the top and add half a spoonful of water.
Put the thermal cups into the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Take out the cups from the oven and infuse Cadbury Ice Cream into the Molten Cake cups.
