In two separate bowls, separate the Oreo biscuit from the filling
Put the Oreo cookies in a food processor and chop the biscuits for one minute. Put aside 1 cup for decorations later.
In a cheesecake pan, spread the biscuit mixture to form the base, then put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, then add the filling that you have emptied out of the biscuit, then beat the mixture well with the electric beater.
Add the Oreo ice cream to the cream cheese bowl and mix the mixture well with the spatula.
Pour half of the mixture into the cheesecake pan, then put the Oreo pieces for filling, then pour the rest of the mixture over the Oreo.
Spread the rest of the chopped biscuits on the top of the cheesecake pan and then into the freezer for 5 hours.
Take out the pan from the freezer and make the Oreo name decoration on the cheesecake top.
Chop and serve cold with a glass of milk and enjoy!
