  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • ¼ cup raspberry jam
  • 5 Paradise Mixed Berries and Cream Ice Cream Sticks

    1. Mix the strawberry cake mix with the butter, eggs and milk in a large mixing bowl using the electric mixer for 5 minutes until you get a completely homogeneous mixture.
    2. Put the mixture in a circular tray lined with oil and a tablespoon of flour, then put it in a preheated oven at 170 for 40 minutes
    3. Leave the cake to cool completely, then empty the middle of the cake with a spoon, using a small plate to get a perfect circle while keeping the base of the cake
    1. Gently remove the wooden stick from Paradise Mixed Berries and Cream Ice Cream Sticks ice, then place the ice cream inside the scooped cake
    2. In a medium bowl, whip the cream until it thickens a little, then add the jam and beat again. Add the whipped cream to the Paradise Mixed Berries and Cream Ice Cream and cover the ice cream completely. Then put the cake in the freezer for 5 hours.
