Ingredients

  • cookies
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup chopped chocolate
  • ½ Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Extreme Happy Cookie Ice Cream
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips
  • 2 cups of milk Whipped cream for serving
  • Chocolate sauce for serving

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, add the white and brown sugar, salt and butter, mix the ingredients with a hand mixer until they are mixed, add the eggs and vanilla and mix again until the mixture becomes light in color
    2. Sift the flour and baking powder together and add to the mixture and stir well, add the chocolate pieces and chocolate chips and stir, then put the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour
    3. In an oven tray lined with butter paper, scoop the cookies with an ice cream scoop and then put them in the oven for 10 minutes
    1. In a mixer, add the Xtreme Happy Cookie Ice Cream Cone and add 6 pieces of cookies, add the rest of the milkshake ingredients and mix well
    2. Serve the milkshake ice cream cookies in a suitable glass, decorate with whipped cream and chocolate sauce or as desired.
