Ingredients

  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ cup of chocolate chips
  • 2 Boxes of Vanilla Caramel Paradise Ice Cream
  • Decoration - as desired: Slices of strawberry - Banana slices - Colorful chocolate - Hazelnut Raspberry - Chocolate - Chocolate sauce - Caramel sauce

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, mix white sugar, brown sugar, butter and salt using a hand mixer for 3 minutes, then add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla and beat for 5 minutes until the mixture becomes light in color.
    2. Add the sifted flour and baking soda and stir together until mixed, then add the chocolate chips and stir.
    3. Line a circular mold with parchment paper, then add the cookie dough and roll it out with a thickness of 1.5 cm. Put it in an oven preheated to 180 for 30 minutes
    4. Leave the cookies to cool completely for 30 minutes
    1. In a circular mold lined with a plastic pastry, smaller in size than the cookie base mold, add 2 boxes of Vanilla Caramel Paradise ice cream and spread them at a 1 cm thickness, then put in the freezer for 4 hours
    2. Put a layer of Vanilla Caramel Paradise ice cream on top of the pizza base made from cookies, and using a pizza cutter cut the pizza into 8 pieces of equal size and then put it in the freezer for 30 minutes
    3. We decorate the ice cream pizza pieces as desired, using fruit, chocolate and various sauces
